The Kaolin serve platter is perfectly sized for the star dish of your dinner party. A whole steamed fish, roast chicken, or asparagus medley nestles perfectly in this 13" diameter piece. The platter is cast in solid porcelain, giving it a weightier presence on the table and a heavier feeling in the hand. Each platter was made with care by an artisan workshop in Vermont, using a custom porcelain clay mix.

Care
Handwash oversized items to avoid damage in the dishwasher. Kaolin's unglazed exteriors are susceptible to staining, so avoid serving beets, pomegranate, turmeric and other highly pigmented foods in this piece.
