Get these saucy sidekicks to build a serpentine arrangement of flavors. We love layering sauce profiles to create a flavor explosion by moving food from one dish to the next. The modular sauce dishes were crafted as individual dipping containers but this set of 3 graphite dishes visually link together for communal tasting at larger parties. Each piece was made with care by an artisan workshop in Vermont, using a custom porcelain clay mix.

Care
Kaolin porcelain is dishwasher safe. Kaolin's unglazed exteriors are susceptible to staining, so avoid serving beets, pomegranate, turmeric and other highly pigmented foods in this piece.
