Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We offer continental continental US shipping with expedited and economic options through FedEx. We ship from our PA warehouse, and during non holiday periods expected delivery schedules are:
- 2-3 business days (East coast and Mid Atlantic states)
- 3-4 business days (Midwestern states and Southern states)
- 4-5 business days (Western states and West coast)
We do not currently ship outside the US except for wholesale customers.
RETURNS
We offer 10 days (extended to 30 days for purchases made between Nov 15 - Dec 31) to contact us regarding a return if you find any damages, defects, or disappointments. Eligible items can be exchanged for up to 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Special order items and sample sale items cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, follow the below instructions
- Contact us at customer@tortugaliving.com. Please include descriptions and photos of any damages or defects. Our team is mighty but small, so please allow up to 3 days for a response.

- Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects. Tortuga Forma reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer.
