Sculptural Styling: Inside the Sabi Table Linen Campaign

For our Sabi napkin still-life shoot, we explored the work of Maria Blaisse who, with a multi-disciplinary Bauhaus spirit, created dance costumes and sculptural hat designs for Issey Miyake. Drawing inspiration from Blaisse's transformative approach to fabric and form, photographer Hannah Whitaker captured the interplay between shadow and fold, form and color, revealing the architectural potential hidden within simple cloth.
